"Will cementing peace continue?" - I think this cartoon makes a good point in a strong way. OTOH it's a cartoon of a PM, not a prophet or a God.
On the R4 Today programme this morning, Stephen Pollard of the Jewish Chronicle said that everybody should look at the cartoon for themselves and decide whether it showed "Benjamin Netanyahu glorying in the blood of Palestinians".

not remotely anti-Semitic, but many Israelis instantly claim that the slightest criticism of their government is anti-Semitism. Occasionally it is; this isn't.

Political commentary. not anti-semitic. Makes you wonder how Hogarth and others would have fared nowadays!
Was in Jerusalem when an American Jew from New York was complaining about the service in the hotel. He said to his family, of the Jewish Israeli staff, " You have to understand, I guess. They are not really Jewish!". That distinction sums it up, in a way. He meant they were not on the ball, not quick and efficient, like Jews in New York would be. Jews, but no Jew-ish; they were like kibbitzers. There's a big difference between disliking Israel and the policy of its government and disliking Jews or Judaism
