The authorities are on a roll today. Who would think families are struggling?

Now they want to raise car park fees, but where will the money go? Probably to buy some council official a new car I suspect, doubt it would go to fund overpriced council gyms.

Won't be long before there is little between us and China. Implement leverson on top of the anti booze attack and no cars and we'll be there.

But we'll all live for years - just really miserably.

Better advice would be to scrap your bike and either walk (short journeys) or use a safer form of transport (longer journeys). On the road the bike is vulnerable, its use is a deliberately dangerous act. On the pavement the cyclist is a danger to pedestrians. The sooner public cycling is banned on safety grounds the better.
