Thought that must have been the reason ................ who do you think it could have been? Said on the programme "Conservative" ............... this morning said it was "a Prime Minister who is still living!"
Bet the viewing figures were up.....for 15 minutes.
It's between the police, the politician and his victims. I have no interest in it.
Was any naming and shaming by Newsnight ever any more than an internet rumour?
For Funks Sake. Talk about disappointment!

Have a look on the internet. It won't take you long to find the name...
The man in question, who as far as I know hasn't been named, has said he will sue. I read a previous thread on the subject and can’t help feeling that people are revelling in the prospect of these revelations. Not nice.

It would be terrible to have his name splashed all over the internet as pure speculation, if indeed he was totally innocent - think of his poor family.
Anybody like The Dubliners?

Hope it's '' On Yer Bike '' Tebbit.
Ann, perhaps you should have thought of that before revealing your disappointment on the internet and, hence, bringing this to everyone's attention. Just a thought.
Anne86 is just making an comment on the program, we were all waiting for a name!
I wasn't.
this will break tomorrow, its too big to keep the lid on and an Irish, Ozzie, or EU paper will name him. One name on the net shocked me.....but it's speculation at the moment and one must bear that in mind.
well I was and I think 99% of the people watching it were, unless it was their name they don't want to hear, then of course you wouldn't want to hear.
So was it Tebbit then?
Sandy, I agree;-)
