Just checked my handbag and all I have is a chewed BIC.

nice Woofgang... Most of mine are bog standard Parkers I'd love a more upmarket one
Mont Blanc and turqouise or green ink for me.

McFluff... what a poodollop...
I won a Parker f/pen (supposedly worth £100) in the MoS a few years ago, use it on a daily basis, it's a nice thing to handle.
My 1910 A. A. Waterman twist-filler in black and gold is never far away from my desk. I, too, use only black ink... preferably Herbin's Perle Noire (Let's see if the italics function is working).
i used stronger words than that

would you like to know the contents of my handbag snags???
Last ink I bought cost about £4.
I have a couple but hardly ever use them.
MontBlanc always makes me laugh - made from "precious resin" they say

That'd be plastic then
I have fountain pens coming out of my ears - all Parkers and mainly Duofolds, from early to modern.
Many are 'collectors' but I have several 'users' including the one that used all through school.
I mainly use classic Parker ballpoints for day-to-day use, crosswords etc.

strange so many pens are given as gifts when so few seem to use them I'm hoping if there is an upsurge in usage some of the accessories will be easier to find in the stationers again...
The only time I use my fountain pen is when I'm asked to write wedding invitations for people..................
I write a lot of letters and always use a fountain pen with black ink .I've got two One Waterman and a Cross.
Blue/black Quink for me.

I get that job too Craft... then its where did I put the ones with the italic nibs... I used to like using a dipping pen and metallic drawing inks but haven't had the kit for a while
I love fountain pens, I have around 6 I think, 2 cheapies which get used regulary and three others of various values which don't get used much. I also have a very expensive Montegrappa fountain pen my Granmother bought me for my 21st
Quite a few, Rowan. Mont Blank, Sheaffer etc. but my favourite is a small cerise and black Conway Stewart. Blue ink.
