Who sang 'Round and Round' Ibiza 1984

I was on holiday in Ibiza summer 1984 and the above song was constantly played as well as White Lines and Relax.
The only words I can remember are 'Round and round, Come on baby go round and round.
Anyone know who it is? I think the artist began with 'O' but I'm not certain.

The only two possible tunes from this time period that I can think of are Jaki Graham-"Round and around" or Dead and alive-"you spin me round(like a record),but these were 1985 rather than 1984.

I've looked the Jaki Graham and Ratt lyrics to Round and Round songs up and they don't correspond. I know the Dead or Alive song too and that doesn't match. Anyone know any other artist who sang Round and Round, which was played in Ibiza clubs summer of 1984?
