// The 13-page submission from Channel Islands businessman Mark Burby claimed he had been gagged by the “ex-spouse of an Asian head of state” in a super-injunction in 2009.
He said the “Asian head of state” was a “substantial” backer of al-Qaeda, and had advance warning of the suicide bombings on London’s transport system in 2005. //

The submission is on parliaments website here.

Any guesses who the head of state might be?

it's allegedly all over Twitter, but as I have no idea how to search Twitter, I can't help you.

Any 12-year-old could do it, I expect.
Ye gods Gromit, did you read that? I never even got to the bottom of the first page of Mark Burby's evidence before I went cross eyed.

Page 66 onward on the pdf. I did read it but I was non the wiser as to who it was. Lawyers have written to Parliament demanding the above document be removed but so far it is still there.
well, it looks like Brunei wasn't involved. No way.

It is alleged he (or someone) had prior knowledge of the 7/7 London Bombings.
"It is alleged he (or someone) had prior knowledge of the 7/7 London Bombings."

Was that ever in doubt?
Agreed, jno........that's a complete load of 'bolkiahs' !!!!
Does it really matter? The question being if it ended up in MI5's hands, having come through MI6(?) and then what action was taken, not saying that they couldn't have done more than they could given the "evidence" at the time.
