Is this to be believed or is there more to these sackings?

In their defence the collage stated;

Although they failed to elaborate.

And regarding Mrs Nye's sacking;

Professor Malory Nye and his wife are to take this case to an employment tribunal claiming racial and religious discrimination, and unfair dismissal, so we should know more then.

1. There is not enough evidence to decide.
2. Probably, as we've only heard one side of the story.
