Interesting to note that during the attack on the bus by dozens of Asian youths, (just as during the first day of rioting and looting) the police were conspicuous by their absence.

Yet they chose to arrest the 44 passengers, for daring to let their bus break down in a 'no go area', But failed to arrest even one of the dozens of Asians, for threatening the passengers and causing criminal damage to the bus.

Even when a replacement double decker bus tried to leave the area, Asian youths tried to block its path by sitting in the road.

Yet still the police did not arrest them, WHY???????????????????

If might be safer to hurl abuse at passers by from their own own homes than travel 250 miles and get stuck in traffic when they cowardly try to escape.
because when the police charged at them they fled.
If the police did arrest the 44 passengers for 'daring to let their bus break down' then there's nothing to worry about as that's not a criminal offence... however it was something entirely different...
Maybe if the police weren't busy being pelted with bottles and fircrackers they'd have been there earlier.

Hate the EDL as much as you like, but surely you should equally condemn these Asian thugs for what they did.

Or aren't the 'Left' that reasonable?

oh I do, they were absolutely wrong to attack and damage some poor coach hire company's property and should have been arrested.

any Asians caught sitting in the road should definitely be locked up.

Interesting to note these two photographs,

http://i.dailymail.co...0000578-4_634x422.jpg

The caption reads, /// Police swiftly got to the trouble spots and pulled troublemakers out as EDL members pushed and shoved. ///

Can't see anyone pushing or shoving, seems quite peaceful really, not even any riot gear to be seen.

/// During the demonstration firecrackers were thrown by EDL members while police deployed mounted officers and dogs. ///

The majority of the onlookers seem as surprised as the police at those incredibly dangerous firecrackers, and where are the mounted police and dogs? And still not a sign of any riot gear.

Ah, such serene scenes, on an early autumn day in London.

'Tower Hamlet Carnival' organisers please note.

I can see a dog! Middle left (in the picture, not it's political stance!)
I hope you're not accusing the dail mail of sensationalism to create a little uproar now!!
The firecreackers could be very dangerous to mounted police.

Yes spotted, well back behind the police.

Who's to say they are firecrackers, could be some heavy smokers down there, you know what these 'beer swilling' EDL members are like, perhaps they also have a fag or two, to combat all the stress they go through?
This might help you AOG, Tower Hamlets, plenty of scuffling and the police in riot gear....

have you ever once asked yourself why the average user of this site disagrees with your stance on the EDL AOG?
triggerhappy - brilliant post. That bit about "I would love to see what happens if we tried to build mosques in the Middle East" made me laugh out loud.

I've seen so many clips of these brain dead morons that I've now decided that EDL stands for Extremely Dumb Lads.
Anyone else think that it looks like the window of the bus was broken from the inside? The glass appears to bulge out first and something fall out of the bus. About the 20 sec mark in the video?

I doubt the EDL idiot could spell mosque, let alone build one...
sorry to hear EDL members go though a lot of stress. Perhaps they could take up knitting?
Last time a EDL coach was in a small accident there were 78 claims for whiplash injuries sustained by the passengers. Unfortunately, it was a 25 seater minibus.
