sympathy for the Cheryl

All these people on telly this morning saying how they feel sorry for Cheryl Cole at losing her job on the US version of The X Factor.... I always struggle to feel sorry for multi-millionaires. But especially Cheryl who I'm sure would still be a total nobody were it not for her beautiful face. She's an average singer and dancer at best, and is incredibly gobby and opinionated, always dominating Girls Aloud interviews even though she's not lead singer. And I can never forget the incident at the nightclub in Guildford. Maybe karma for that, and her very obvious limited talents, have finally caught up with her. Can anyone explain why British people have ever taken Cheryl to their hearts (aside from that face), or is that just media hype? I also wonder if Americans have rejected her cos her accent reminds them of Heather Mills!

She can't sing with an autotuner.

She hits people.

She has visible difficulty reining in her aggression to acts on X Factor who are cheeky to her.

And she's earned more money while you've been reading this than you will earn all month.

I'll have to work on the "feeling sorry for her" bit.

Does anyone actualy believe any of this is real? The girl has had huge publicity in the US - expect a debut solo single in the states anytime soon. The Xfactor has had huge publicity on both sides of the Atlantic and it hasn't started in the states yet.

I don't rejoice at folk losing their job; but yes, when they are the type who have managed to already extract far more of society's wealth for themselves than they could ever justify, then sympathy is limited.

Maybe they will give her a place on Geordie Shore!But in fairness I didnt hear too much about it only that they changed their mind about her accent well then they shouldnt have hired her in the first place then,I dont feel sorry for her but I do think they should have given her more of a chance a couple of weeks is hardly enough time to make any impression.

I don't consider her particularly talented. I don't have any sympathy for her, she's hardly on the bread line. I don't wish her ill, I just don't like her 'music' very much.
