Anyone know if my 2001 ford fiesta 1.8tdi non aircon got a heater/pollen filter, the output seems abit low?

Rule of the thumb is that if you do not have A/C most likely will not have a pollen filter.Upto '02 the pollen filter is in engine bay just below drivers wiper blade.'02 onward its below the glove box.
