It's listed in a load of places as a Cliff Richard song, but all in German apart from the title.  Here's a link for the lyrics:

It's on a compilation by a group called the Mills Brothers, covering the 60s/70s, and it was the b-side of a single of theirs calld "Come Summer".

the song "sally sunshine" was by miki antony in 1971 released on columbia label. the record number is db8759 and the b side is called it's good to see you. i have a very old copy in my collection sad eh...
