It's called 'Can't take my eyes off you' and a lot of artists have covered it, but as far as I know the original artists were Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.

The version that you hear mostly nowadays is by Andy Williams. It was written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio in the 60s.
