how strange. twice this am i have attempted to answer a question from a fellow aber. neither of us are suspended. my answer contained nothing that broke the site rules....nor does it appear on my profile as having been asked, any suggestiond why ? TIA

Likely been closed Anne -it doesnt show up as closed but the green banner isnt there when you submit it.

You can only tell it's closed when your answer doesn't receive the " green banner" confirmation.
There ought to be some other way of telling,BEFORE you go to the extent of posting an answer!

Anne, I tried to add a post to one of zzxxee's threads this morning. I typed it all out and pressed "Submit" .... and it disappeared completely. I wonder if that particular thread has been closed, although it doesn't say that it has.
