Does anyone here listen to internet radio. I don't mean the internet versions of established stations (BBC, Virgin etc.). But something a little more independant. What I'm trying to find out is whether there are any stations which don't restrict themselves to any one genre of music - ones that play all sorts of decent different types. I have always had a problem with exisiting stations due to the fact that they are either led by predominantly commercial rubbish, or that are so niche orientated that they are tedious. Any ideas?

I listen to winamp radio quite a lot, and also my local pirate station streams live online aswell so i listen to that when i cant get a good signal on my stereo.

try launch.com you can make youre own staion  or rather listen to what you like.

There is an Aussie staiton that is also  very good

ie www.2GO.com

and finally www.radiogold.gr

www.accuradio.com is pretty good. it's got loads and loads of different channels and sub-channels to suit anybody's needs.

and if you get to a track you don't like, you can skip it!

you could try this as well http://www.sblnet.co.uk/radio/index.htm i dj on there occasionally and it plays a good mix of rock, pop, dance and other genres.
