Help with finding a song...

I've been looking for this song, it sounds a lot like 'Psyche Rock' by Pierre Henry and at first I thought it was Mr. Scruff but turns out it's not... I don't think it has lyrics and it has sort of funky strings intro and an electric guitar... Sorry this is so vague! Hopefully someone can help! :)

there is a semijazz animated video of a lady dancing across the screen and I beleive there is a bomb shelter in the video. It was put out about the same time 'money for nothing' was released by dire strait. Can anyone tell me the title ?
