Xbox Live parental settings

Set up Booldawg Jnr up on Xbox live for her birthday. As we put in her correct date of birth (she's 15) it asked us for a parents email address. We did this but found out its a bit restrictive as she needs our permission every time she sends/receives a friends request or downloads something.

Is their a way to remove the need for parental settings but keep the same profile?

i think it is set in stone until she is 16. maybe try changing the date/time and see if it then allows you access to remove?
