thank you, so how would i get music on it, the mp3, and how do i get to update it and does it cost to put music on it, and how many tracks could i get on it
so how would i get music on it, the mp3? Via a USB cable from your PC
does it cost to put music on it? Yes if you download them - No if you are backing up from a cd you already own.
how many tracks could i get on it? Depends on the MP3 player and the quality of the song.

Rule of thumb: about 150 songs per 1gb at good sound quality.

thats great thank you so much for your information ur a star
Most welcome! :o)
Itunes can use a slightly different format for ripping music, that is slightly higher quality than a standard mp3 file. If this format is used then you are tied to it and cannot use a none ipod mp3 player for this ripped music in the future.
