I had a cold just over a month ago and got over it. Woke up this morning with a sore throat and slightly runny nose. This is usually the first sign of a cold for me! Soddin typical!

Have a hot bath, as hot as you can stand it. Some paracetamol and if you've got a hot water bottle take one of them to bed with you, and try and sweat it out of you.

Have you tried steam tigger? I find it really helps to inhale steam, seems to keep the tubes clear!

I've got a face steamer Bensmum, trouble is its up in the loft. Might go and look for it later or I could steam it in a hot bath. Good idea x
