70's Xmas disco song with spoken words including ' quick get me to the doctor, I've got the fever, help me, I've got the fever' I can't help with the artist or anything. I think it was a reporter saying who was on the dance floor and he is the one who shouts the words at the top at the end of the song.

Thanks Dr Pop, with your help I have found the song I was after. Please don't think me strange, I was young when this was released. The track I was after is 'Disco Santa'. Through your link, I was able to track it down.
