Good morning theonlyone. Very cold here too - there is snow forecast but raining at the moment - I've just been out to feed the birds. Got to go out and feed some cats in a bit but it's going to be a day indoors after that I think.

Its freezing here in YORK and my boiler has decided to pack in I don't believe it plus I am ill too with a sore throat and bad cough.
No hot water or heating until the council decide to come out

I went to bed completely freaked out last night as an egg hit my patio window just after midnight. the garden is completely enclosed, as are the surrounding gardens. I was really scared!

anyway......... today I'm off to stand in the snow! a new Currys is opening and they have opening offers for the 1st 50 customers, and there's a pretty good digital camera going for �35. fingers crossed....

Been down on the beach this morning and I'm frozen from head to toe ...

... but it's fabby out there. All chilly and wintery.

Some of the buildings have got little snowy bits wedged in the sheltered corners.

My little fingres are f f f freezing. I'm nursing a big, hot coffee.

Morning all -we have mega snow up in Perthshire-its not as cold as it was last night -the snow obviously has brought the temperature up a few degrees.

Cant get my blooming gas fire to spark-so annoying.So have had to put the CH on -its not so cosy tho.

I can say that now.

Thank you for you tips yesterday. I was a bit of a knowledgeable starlet yesterday.

But, as you say, it all went a bit badly for England.

Still, the Beaujolais was very Beau and very Jolly ...

... and we all stayed out, and ended up at the Casino (surprise surprise !!)

And Brighton lost as well.
