i usually spend around an hour every couple of days on this site but im finding it boreing and some people like lungy really offensive , minus one ortwo intellegent people ,so im boycotting this for one week anyone care to join my little protest as the new ed does not seem to be takeing reporting questions which are offensive seriously??????????????/

Until the ed can sort out that remote access thingy and get moderators trained to work over weekends and in the evenings this site will be the same as it has been from the start. the peole posting this drivel are also regular users we respond to as normal when they use their real ids, the hope is that the new version of the site , when it is launched and works, will stop people using disgusting user names and posting trash designed to offend and shock for their own gratification, but until then you must do what you must do. i am immune to the eejits as i have seen it all before

I agree with Dot -you dont know who you are posting to on this site.They get their kicks out of supposedly hoodwinking us.
I have stayed away but I realised the lunatics were still taking over the asylum and me boycotting made no difference at all.

Maybe this new Ed will see it for whats its become -its run by a CB Mafiosi and if youre not in with them you get slated and verbally attacked -its ludicrous but he has to have time to bed in and sort out the fools -shouldnt be too hard.

Like i said Randy, there has always been a greenie name stirring it and getting a reaction. It's all been done before, the newer people who see it for the first time are usually the target audience and the reaction of shocl horror means the greenie has achieved their goal, old synics like me annoy them because we find it all tedious and repetitive and so we end up being targets of their abuse because they know ust the vile posts alone don't offend us.

Friends with interests, hobbies and professions that could provide useful information as well as need questions answering, or just a way of passing an hour or two.

As for the ed not doing his job i think that hes doing rather well so far.After suffering abuse from so called nice users on here myself , which consisted of my name being posted , attempts to find my workplace and post details here and of course sick and disgusting posts about a dead baby related to me I'm totally pleased that the sicko 4gs/lambert /sa80 has been banned regularly for his crap to me.

If anyone feels they are being targeted specifically then contact the editor and i am sure he will act on information received.

Bear in mind though when you say its quieter here that a lot of the nice users secret green names and abusive secret grey name s have been removed.

SO top marks to the editor and give him some time.

ZZXXE if you feel you need to go then so be it.But like all the folk who announce their departure like this , we will see you on your inevitable return.
