hey people, am looking for what the music was to the most recent Top of the pops, i can get info on every version bar the last one, when the logo were a load of circles inside each other.

The 2006 press release from the BBC about the cancellation of TOTP names the last theme tune as the remix of Tony Gibber's "Get Out Of That" which was used from 2003. To be honest I had given up on TOTP years before then so I have no idea if there was a subsequent change of theme in 2005 as indicated in your question.
