Itchy feet!

I do a lot of walking and in the spring/summer I get a rash on my feet and ankles. I've been told it's an allergy to grass pollen. It can get quite nasty and can cause my legs to swell and go hard. No one seems to have any answers apart from cream to put on after. I wonder if anyone else has this problem and if anything can be done to stop it happening in the first place. Thanks

Maybe an antihistamine would help, like the ones for hay fever? You can buy different types, ask at the Chemist.

Or, maybe 'Snowfire' that you use for chill blanes? ask about that, its like a wax that coats your skin and soothes the rash and takes the heat out of it
