Reggae - Laurel and Hardy

Back in early 80s watched a reggae support act duo dressed as Laurel and Hardy -iirc they were called..... Laurel and Hardy - but can't find any info on them
The song they sang had lines "mr policeman" and "put your seat belt on"

Laurel & Hardy did a "Peel Session" in the early eighties, one of the tracks played was "you're nicked", in which the law enforcement people featured prominently.

they also recorded a track called "clunk click" which, surprisingly enough, featured car seat belts.

despite searching for several years, neither track has turned up on the internet.
having said that, a copy of "you're nicked" has just appeared!
It's called "Clunk Click" by Laurel & Hardy, released '81/'82
