Hi Monty,

If you want a real treat with brie or any cheese like that you can get a whole round one, bake it in the oven for half an hour, cut it open and you have cheese fondue without the heating equipment. Camembert is good for that. Very nice with veggie sticks, bread sticks and tortilla chips. Mmmmm! xxx

used to tortillas with melted chedder and sour cream
for 1 min in th micro
as a snack lush as well can add salsa to sour cream as well yum xxx

Cut it into biscuit size pieces, coat with ready made breadcrumbs, deep fry for 3-4 minutes,
enjoy

P.S Wait a few minutes until you eat them or you'll get a gob full of molten cheese, and I've been informed that that ain't clever!
