i know that intrumentals are songs without the lyrics, but what is a song that consists just of the lyrics, and no music at all?

It's called 'a capella' - that's not to be confused with 'one capella', I think it's Latin, but Quizmonster will point you to a site very shortly, genius that he is for knowing these things.
capella = chapel / church
Roughly speaking, it means 'in church style' ie unaccompanied by music
also not to be confused with A cabilk which means "with a clarinet"
a poem
