This was chosen as it was allegedly the amount of ejaculate by the average human male....it is wrong though as it is inaccurate.

And just as an amusing aside.. many years ago I heard Jimmy Young mispronounce 10CC as 'eyeock' !

The story goes that someone in the band heard that the average ejaculate was 9cc's, so they decided to go one better!
