in the video for ' Are you ready for love' why is there a person in the background got their face fuzzed out (as in to hide his/her identity)

the video is recorded in a studio with concert footage added.

the song reminds me of the tune for sky sports champions league programme, and every time the video is played, i am baffled with curiosity for why their face is blanked out

I believe it is John Reid (Elton's manager at the time). He featured in the original video but after his bitter fall-out and court case, Elton had him 'fuzzed' in the video for the re-release.
