there was a cover version of double dutch by malcolm mclaren in around 97/98 it was more of a dance track does anyone know the artist?

Dope Smugglaz. They called their version "Double Double Dutch".

Twas the Dope Smugglaz from 1998.They cleverly altered the title to Double double Dutch
