60's hit for Kenny Ball

Kenny Ball's 1963 hit Casablanca was the theme for a TV series. Does anyone know what the series was called?

It was called "Crane" and starred Patrick Allen, who as the character, emigrates to Casablanca, buys a shabby beach cafe - is a smuggler as a sideline, but won't touch arms or drugs.
