It's called I want Money and by the Flying Lizards.

And it's Carole Thatcher - not Christine Hamilton.
It's 'Money (That's What I Want)', by The Flying Lizards. It got to No. 4, in August 1979. The lead singer was Deborah Evans-Stickland.
