Absolutely nothing! I like the We are Scientists etc however am quite partial to the odd My Chemical Romance song. Not all you understand but a select few such as Black Parade are pleasing to the ear

still, Im not going to tell anyone, and if you see my in superdrug buying black hair dye...........
his hair is blonde now so ull have to go for a middle ground if u want to be truly safe! its a fair bet that you like it anyway...its number 1 so it obviously appeals to a wider audience than their usual emo stuff!
You are entering the "dark phase"- you feel all music has to portray a world merciless and without light, without any hint of good. Unfortunately you're starting it with a crappy band.

What you really need is "Mezzanine" by Massive Attack". And don't worry, it still has guitars.

You might relise by username what genre of music i prefer ! good music is good music and according to a recent gonzo special (mtv2) mcr ( has the kids are calling them) have tried to break awy from the emo lable with this concept album . so in answer to your question you are indeed normal your ust widing your appreciation barriers.lol
