When we were younger we were all MADLY in love with a boy band or a girl band etc etc.

I was reminising yesterday and downloaded some
Backstreet Boys - who i was madly in love with when i was about 12/13 years old. It bought back so many funny memories.

For some really odd reason when i was about 6/7 years old i really loved the Gipsy Kings....i remember my Aunt and Uncle went to thier concert and didnt bring me anything back - i was soooooooo upset!

Anyway - who did u waste a good few years of your life adoring in the music industry?

Chris Lowe. Cool, impassive, keyboard genius.

I wanted to be him, but I've turned out more like Neil Tennant...

lmao u two.

NOt really a crush but Van Morrison and Crowded House remind me of my childhood too, because my parents would blare it out after one too many drinks when i was trying to sleep during my primary school years.
jason donovan, his album was my very first album and i had it on cassette! oh how i LOVED that blonde mulleted man!
I think I was inlove with pretty much everyone but most of my time was wasted on Liam Gallagher. I've certainly grown out of that now, I just can't see what I ever saw in him!

I went "trick or treating" at Liam and Patsy's door one Halloween when i was younger with my brother.

They used to live ten minutes away from me.

I remember exactly what they gave us...Patsy gave us a massive handful of BlackJacks and Fruit Salads...bith were really nice.
The Osmonds, mainly Donny, David Cassidy and then The Bay City Rollers....now I sound ancient lol
If I'd have known you Nat I'd have been pulling your hair out in a jealous rage!!
Seems somewhat weird now but Patsy Kensit when she was in Eighth Wonder pushed my buttons

I HAD to take the kids!!! thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it :o)
My first pop crushes were Donnie Wallberg from New Kids on the Block and Matt Goss from Bros.

At school I was in love with Ronan Keating and went to see him about 6 times - with and without Boyzone
In order:

Donny Osmond
Eric Faulkner (Bay City Rollers)
Midge Ure (Slik)
Leif Garrett
David Van Day (Dollar)
Simon Le Bon

I won't admit to a passing crush on Shakin Stevens when I was about 12. I still luuuurrrrve Simon & Donny!
Has to be Donny O then switched allegiance to the BCRs especially Woody.........I saw a recent picture of him, he looks a tad ropy these days, unlike me who's aged beautifully!
Back off girls - I saw Donny first!

I also had a thing for David Essex, then Midge Ure and Bryan Ferry.
