I still need help as I can't remember the name of a dance/chillout track that was out about 5 years ago.

It was very chilled and the music video was basically surfers in Hawaii or somewhere, just riding waves. The camera is out in the water with them.

It definitely isn't the Guiness one.

Does anyone know what it might be called?
