My uncle committed suicide in January. His will states that my sister be the sole executor. It also states that the contents of his house and garage goes to my sister, but the house is to be equally divided between all 5 children equally. My sister has read the will, but will not show anyone else, she has also applied for probate but has not told us, how can we find out when probate is granted? She has told our mother that when probate is granted, she is getting rid of my uncles solicitor and will be using her accountant instead. She is already using her accountant to find out about planning permission on the land of the house, who pays him & can she use him without consulting the other beneficiaries? Also can she or her husband or sons buy the house and land theirselves? help please if you can.
