Need Help, cant remember the artist or title of this tune? Please help?

The tune has a hip hop style beat. Heavy synthy bassline with an electronic sounding harp playing in the background. It doesnt have any any vocals, roughly about 120 beats per minute? It has been played everywere from commertials, the radio and tv programes. Any ideas?
