Right then, I am trying to train myself up to be a 30 minute runner, I am not finding it easy and I need some good tracks to listen to on my mp3 while my heart explodes on the treadmill! So any ideas what tracks have good base line and tempo to keep me going? any suggestions would be much appreciated! I have very eclectic taste so anything goes! thankyou in advance, Gemma x
