It is called simply "Terminator: Theme" by Brad Fiedel (not to be confused with the Blackburn and USA goalkeeper).

Unless you mean the rockin' tune that accompanies Arnie out of the bar dressed for trouble - that's 'Bad To The Bone' by George Thorogood And The Destroyers, and it's appeared in a few films in its time.
