Wouldn't know about the Ronan Keating, but I don't think the Peter Kay thing is actually him. It was a re-release by Tony Christie.

Popular? 50s? 60s?

When you say "re-mixed" do you just mean re-recorded? If so, then you are just looking for cover versions. I don't know if ITunes has a category for these specifically, but a lot of music in the charts these days is either a cover version or uses samples of old songs!

SaxyJag is right though - the Amarillo song was just a re-released Tony Christie song, PK didn't actually sing on it!

Thanx for the replies. I know that Tony Christie sang the song but on the cd single they did a remix version of it as they did with the Ronan Keating song. It is the original artist but they have jazzed up the music. You hear a lot of it on holiday
