I have just bought an H10 iRiver MP3 player only to find when connected to my PC via USB it is not recognised as new hardware. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what can I do about it?

..mm...sounds like it needs a bit of "techie" type knowledge to get the best..........try this approach...........commoner.

I have done some research on this issue and it seems to be a power problem, the H10 requires the maximum power that on board usb can provide. some mboards fall a little short in the power dept. Get a self powered USB hub(the kind that plugs into the wall) and it should cure your problem.
