too lazy to walk to my cd rack but i am preety sure tis mcCartney. Sounds McCartneyesque and listening to radio one the other day he did an impromptu performance of it for Colin and Edith, cant imagine he would have picked a Lennon song, but I could have it all wrong.


Although Lennon is widely the Beatle that is the most popular, I personly think Paul wrote the better songs. Then I wasnt around then though!!

The general rule is that the writer took the lead vocals, so this adds to the suggestions that it is a McCartney song - it just sounds like his style too.
Definately a Paul McCartney song. I prefer the B-side to the single, George Harrison's 'The Inner Light'.
