I would suggest that he is an excellent mimic of someone who has soul.

At his age, he is too young to have life experience enough to have it for himself.

At 12 year old, he is already estimated to be worth anywhere between $1M and $5M. He has his own Youtube channel, appeared on Australia's Got Talent, the Ellen Degeneres Show and was invited up on stage to accompany Carlos Santana.
The world is his oyster, apparently

Carlos has form in this area - he invited Orianthi Pangaris on stage with him when she was fifteen - she is also Australian.

Mind you, she has made a successful career out of her considerable skills, so maybe this lad can and will do the same.

Having soul can't be only about having life experience. It's way deeper than that. That boy is 1/7 my age, but he feels what he's playing in ways I never could...and expresses it too.

Naomi - I never said playing was anything to do with life experience, you are confusing soul, which in my view you are not born with, with talent, which you are born with.

The boy has talent, that does not confer soul upon him as far as I see it.
