I went to the Artic Monkeys gig last night at Sunderland Uni. Anyone else go? If so what did you think of it? I'm still not sure why all this fuss is being made about this band. I placed a bet with two friends that their single (released next week) will not go into the top five, I am about to loose a lot of money?

I didn't go, but I've heard their song 'Mardy Bum' and this it's fantastic!

Well I hope you have paid up now, as I feel the British charts have answered the question for you. Not only in the top five but straight in at No 1.

Oh and Dippy I love Mardy Bum too, what a cracking tune.
