So - what is your favourite David Bowie song? Mine is Let`s Dance. I remember when it was released during the long hot summer of 1983 and I used to listen to it on my radio on Saunton Beach of an afternoon. Years later (1988) I went to Australia and I can remember listening to it on the radio on the night before I went. The video for that song had Sydney as a backdrop and I can remember being so excited that I was going there the next day. It`s funny how songs bring back so many memories.

Diamond Dogs for me as well.
not actually his own song but I always liked his version of Sorrow on Pinups
Little drummer boy.
I don't expect anyone to agree, but the song which was by far and away his best was 'The Laughing Gnome'
Mine has to be suffragette city.
I don't know why as I don't think it's his best but I like loving the alien.
Drive-In Saturday. Amazing.
The whole idea behind it, and how it was inspired, is so interesting.
And apparently not on any "Best of Album" until the early 90s, which is strange because I have an old "Best of" from the 1970s which has it on, but I think it may be one of those odd compilations only available abroad.
Has to be Starman - but then again, Rebel Rebel - I dunno, John, I'm only dancing . . . ?? Just sooo many from my formative years ! Oh, Jean Genie ????
"Jump they Say".

at face value it sounds like an upbeat jazz-funk number but being bowie it's not that simple. its a very bleak, angry piece that does justice to the subject material. awesome.
Liked this early one of his.
