I've not tried that one but Shepherd Neame brews a fantastic porter. It's sold by Asda as their 'Extra Special' Whitechapel Porter and by Sainsbury's as their London Porter.

I'm actually drinking wine at the moment, 'cos I visited a friend earlier who started me off with a nice glass of Chateauneauf du Pape (spelling unchecked!). I've got 15 bottles of beer in my meter cupboard outside ('cos I'm short of space indoors and it's somewhere to keep them cool) but I can't remember what they are! (All I can recall is that they looked very tempting when I was in Waitrose a fortnight ago!).

I used to have a separate "beer fridge" - which had all the shelves removed so I could fit a whole polypin of home-brew in.

This worked brilliantly for some years until the thermostat failed ... and I wound up with a 5 gallon, beer flavoured, Ice Lolly :(
