Can anyone here read Russian ?

I have a small ceramic sculpture that was brought back from the Ukraine some years ago and it has a label underneath with some handwriting on it.
I assume it's Russian, I'd love to know what it says, the sculpture has a certain mystique to it. (Photos available)

send a scan of the handwriting to the russian embassy they are very helpful
I'd assume it was in Ukrainian personally :)

Great gosh-a-mighty, you're right ! - it's a variant on cyrillic.

DT ..I wish! Those things fetch a fortune in auctions. No it's a spooky looking statuette of a woman with a hole in her head and another in her left tit.
It's quite modern looking and reminiscent of the Venus of Willendorf.
Ukrainian is only slightly related to Russian, AP. Even the alphabet is slightly different, I think.
