It's a 70's disco version of "Apache" by the shadows.
It sounds like it's been made between '77 and '80

It's not the one by The Incredible Bongo Band

it's "The Seebach band"
( sometimes referred to as "Tommy Seebach" )

Space the name is on the drumkit....
