Anybody recognise this, i tried shazam but came up nada.
Its one of the Youtube audio replacement files, I tried a few soundtracks and classical but no luck, theres far too many to go through,
One of the comments thinks its Beethoven ?! Duh

It's by Ennio Morricone - it will be from one of the 'Spaghetti Western' trio of soundtracks - 'A Fist Full Of Dollars, 'For A Few Dollars More' and 'The Good The Bad And The Ugly' - sorry I'm not familiar enough to know which one, but at least you are closer now than you were when you posted.

He was my first thought, but although it sounds like his kind of composition I'm pretty sure its not his because I have nearly everything thats ever been released by him and I dont recall it on any of his spag western stuff.
I am happy to be proven wrong though.
I bow to your superior knowledge on EM's music - sorry not to be able to assist - i was all chuffed thinking i was pointing you in the right direction!

The chordal movement and the opening trumpet are straight from his book, so whoever it is was influenced by him in a big way
