how to edit videos?

hi, i did a speech at my home which i want to upload it to youtube. i want to edit it in a such way that it looks as though if i have been filmed in a studio. i want to be able to replace the background with a picture. just like the way movies are made in the film studios. first they are filmed then they are edited.

please help me as i want to upload my speech as soon as possible.

You (personally) won't be able to do it with the video you have today. Yes it can be done but it will take software you either don't have or don't know how to use.

Your best bet is to get a pic of your desired background at the right size and do your speech again in front of that.

Failing that you need to do your speech in front of a completely blue or white background and get some software to merge video together but believe me it will look fake.

Just upload it as it is.
The effect you want is easily done if you sand in front of a blue background (blue screen effect - you can use a curtain but can't have creases or pattern in it) and don't wear anything of that colour. Then use something like Adobe Premier to replace the blue background with the picture of your choice.
You can't do this with already shot video.
