He is indeed, Sharon.

I wasn't that fit and active when I was half his age. (I'm not really sure if I've ever been as adventurous as him!)

Oh I need to take you under my wing then, Chris....I first did Go Ape for a sixtieth birthday present......mind you it was from the son who'd probably seen the will.....

I saw a programme last night about old folk being tested on their driving...there was a woman of 105 who was fantastic.....fit, sprightly and full of fun....drove brilliantly.....
She showed us the keep fit exercises she does....put me to shame....but I'll give them a go and add a drop of whisky to my morning tea from now on..... :-)
I took lessons from the staff at Dunblane Hydro in the breakfast stakes, Chris.

These guys know what it's all about. :-)
Yes. I do similar.
Open a bottle of whiskey and put a good tot in a cup of tea.

That phrase has led me into too many problems in life, Gness ;-)

You clearly need educating about beer! Tony and I can help you ;-)

I would do if it were earlier, Theland. However it's whiskey time now.
